Settings and restarts
The Settings tab holds your PDS's own settings:

| Admin password | The PDS's own admin password |
| Invite codes required | Always on at peedee.es |
| Maximum upload size | Largest single upload, 300 MB to 1 GB |
| PLC directory URL | Where DIDs are looked up - this is a read-only value because pointing this at another directory will cause issues |
| App view URL / DID | The app view your PDS works with |
| Report service URL / DID | Where moderation reports go |
| Relays to notify | Relays told about new posts |
Restarts
Saving settings restarts your PDS. That takes a few seconds, during which apps may briefly fail to reach it. While it restarts, the settings tabs show a notice and hold off further changes until it's back.
The same goes for changes on the Domains, Email and Branding tabs.
