Ordering a PDS

Ordering takes a few minutes, most of it spent on payment. Here is what each step asks for.

2. Your details

The first time you order, we ask for your name and email address. We use them for invoices and for messages about your PDS.

3. Package and storage

Pick a package on the pricing page, then set how much data and blob storage you want. Blobs are the images and videos your accounts upload; data is everything else. You can raise both later.

4. Domain

Choose where your PDS lives:

A free subdomain, like yourname.at.peedee.es. Nothing to set up.
Your own domain, typed in, or picked from your marque.at account.

The domain you pick here becomes your PDS's address for good. You can add more domains for handles later, but you can't change this one.

5. Pay

Check the summary and pay through Stripe. Your PDS is set up straight after.

6. DNS (own domains only)

If you used your own domain, add the DNS records we show you. Setup continues as soon as we find them. We email you a reminder if they aren't there after a few hours.

Done

We email you when your PDS is ready, and it appears in your dashboard.
