Labelers

Our system will listen to any labeler that is activated for labels that are applied to accounts on your PDS, or posts originating from your PDS. On the Labelers tab you choose which ones to listen to:

• switch our recommended labelers on or off;
• add any other labeler by its DID;
• choose which of a labeler's labels to keep, with its Configure button.

Every label a labeler offers is on until you switch it off. A few labels on our recommended labelers are required on every PDS we host; those show as Required and can't be switched off.

Your PDS picks up changes within a few seconds, with no restart.

Why would I want this?

We currently have 2 labelers enabled by default (you can turn them off); Bluesky's Moderation labeler, and Skywatch Blue - this will generally allow you to spot "problem" users purely by the labels they end up collecting. This system is meant for you to be able to do manual takedowns, if you want to.
