Discount codes

A discount code takes money off your PDS's package price. It never applies to extra storage or to storage overage.

Using a code when you order

On the last step of ordering a PDS, enter the code under the order summary and choose Apply. The summary shows what the code gives you before you pay. Some codes are only for your very first order.

Using a code on a PDS you already have

Open the PDS's Subscription page. Under Plan, enter the code next to Discount code and choose Apply. If you have more than one PDS, the code goes on the one whose page you're on.

Good to know

• You can use each code once.
• A PDS can only have one discount code at a time.
• A code's discount comes off your next invoice. Depending on the code, it lasts for one invoice, a number of months, or for as long as you keep the subscription.
