Other PDS software support

It's on the list, but at the moment there's no ETA or any guarantee this will even ever happen; Tranquil is very nice, but requires running Postgres (a database server) and this doesn't quite fit into how we built things. But never say never, it could happen!

Backups

Backups are more or less something we've already got designed and built, but not deployed. Mostly because all the data storage we do use is already redundant, and we're not entirely comfortable with the restore process not causing any issues on the AT protocol network. It shouldn't, but...

This will basically be released as soon as there's some clarity on the effects of a restore.

More metrics!

Right now the dashboard only shows the past 24 hours of request statistics, and up to 90 days of user activity, we'd like to add some more metrics to this - but this depends largely on what would be useful. I mean, we can add a ton of metrics and graphs and dials and doodads but if they don't serve any purpose beyond just showing off our graphing e-peen, then there's not much use doing it.

Switching to a different package

Right now the package you ordered is the package you're "stuck with" as it were. We're working on the possibility of changing to a different package (larger or smaller).
