TL;DR: Don't be a dick, use a bit of common sense, don't do any illegal shit, and if someone's giving you grief take it up with the admin

The ToS can be seen as a general rulebook, and what's expected from us, and you.

The Rules(tm)

• Do not post anything illegal. Let's repeat that: nothing illegal. Breaking this means your account will be suspended.
• No rules-lawyering the first rule with "but it's legal in jurisdiction X". Illegal anywhere = no.
• There's a zero tolerance policy towards hate speech; while it's not illegal, if reports come in that you are posting hate speech, we'll ask you to not do that. Failure to comply gets your account suspended.
• NSFW content is fine, however anything involving depictions of minors, or depictions of anything that looks like it could be a minor, is not allowed (see the first rule). If we are notified you have posted materials of this nature, your account will be suspended.
• Please don't hammer the PDS with requests or otherwise try to be a ~leet haxxor~ - we'll notice, and we'll be not amused. Consequences may vary.
• The servers for peedee.es are located in Germany, and this means German law applies. So, again, nothing illegal, and please don't try to push the envelope.

So to summarize, don't post illegal shit, and don't get too edge-lordy and we'll be fine.

Account Suspension

If, for some reason, you broke the rules big or too often, your account will be suspended. You will, however, always have the right to migrate to a different PDS. We may have to coordinate something for this (temporary unsuspension) but you will always be allowed to pack up your stuff. No angry ex-girl/boyfriend drama here!
